This is a ground floor private guest suite of a three story house in a small gated community. You will have the entire first floor to yourself, the only shared space will be the front door/garage entrance area. There is a microwave and mini-fridge along with some basic dinnerware and utensils.

You'll have the entire guest suite and with attached bathroom and back yard to yourself.

We live above the room and like to say hello, and can respond to any requests

Walking distance to a plethora of high end/eclectic shops and trendy restaurants, Japantown, Fillmore District, Hayes Valley, Divisadero St, Opera Plaza, Civic Center, Jefferson Square Park, Margaret S Hayward Playground, and convenient public transportation.

There is usually street parking available nearby, and two private garages one block away, Fillmore Heritage Center (6am - 8pm) and The Fillmore Center (24 hr)

The 31 bus stops right outside the front gate that goes directly to downtown/Union Square, there is also a rapid downtown bus 5 minutes away on Geary.

Around the corner is the 22 bus that goes from Mission Bay to the Marina district. Buses to the Castro and Richmond districts are about a five minute walk.

The washer/dryer is not accessible but a laundry bag is provided and we can take care of it for you free of charge or you can do it yourself when we're available.

There is a small space heater and WiFi thermometer for temperature and humidity monitoring.
